Gambling will really F you up. You lose your perspective of moneys value. It’s also progressive and you need a bigger bet/win to get the same dopamine hit as you go. It also leads to being depressed. I had many Sundays where I lost 1000-1500 and then went in for my Sunday 1100 pm shift for $17 an hour knowing I’m working for nothing and have to take on debt to survive until payday. Its sad that people like you have to bash an industry you obviously have limited knowledge of. Yes, most people do not make any significant income with MLM, however its not the business model that is the problem. The problem is two-fold. One is that you have people getting into it who have no business starting anything. The other is that most people, after being sponsored in, hardly do anything after they realize you have to actually work at it. If you take it seriously and do the work, you can have varying degrees of success. Do the actual research without the preconceived notions and you may see its a great business model.
